1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Simdyo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any related policies, including our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Simdyo after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Simdyo provides an online platform where users can create, upload, share, view, and remix projects (“Service”). The Service includes:

• Website design, code, graphics, and features
• Uploaded user projects and content

The Service is provided “AS IS” without guarantees of availability or error-free operation.

3. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Content and Responsibility

All projects, files, comments, text, images, sounds, or other materials uploaded to Simdyo (“Content”) are the sole responsibility of the user who uploaded them.

Simdyo does not control or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of user Content.

You agree that:

• You are fully responsible for your uploaded Content.
• You will not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material.
• You will not upload Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Simdyo is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from user Content.

5. Project Removal and Account Enforcement

To maintain a safe community:

• If a project violates our Community Guidelines, it may be removed immediately without prior notice.
• If an account repeatedly uploads violating projects, Simdyo may suspend or permanently ban that account.
• We reserve full discretion to remove, restrict, or review any Content at any time.

6. Copyright and Legal Responsibility

You must only upload Content that you own or have legal permission to use.

If you upload copyrighted material without permission and it causes legal claims, damages, or other issues for Simdyo:

• You agree to take full legal responsibility.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simdyo, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from your Content.
• Simdyo and its operators are not responsible for user-uploaded Content.

Project owners are solely responsible for their projects.

7. License to Simdyo

By uploading Content, you grant Simdyo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host and store your Content
• Display and distribute it on the platform
• Use it for educational, promotional, marketing, or demonstration purposes related to Simdyo
• Create screenshots or videos of the platform that include your Content

You retain ownership of your projects.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten others
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Distribute spam, scams, or unsolicited advertising
• Upload malware or harmful projects
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service

Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

9. Modifications to Service

Simdyo may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
